2 Cars For Sale 2008 Honda S2000 CR & 1998 BMW M3
I’ve decided to sell 2 of my beloved vehicles. I’m posting them here with the hope that maybe someone will buy them in their current state. Unfortunately these cars are both worth more in stock trim which will require a lot of wrenching on my behalf but I plan to start tearing them down next week if there is no interest. If the cars are not sold I will be parting out.
Here is what is on the block:
2008 Honda S2000 CR with clean carfax and no accidents. I am the 2nd owner. Car just turned 24,000 miles last week. Has never been driven on salty roads or in-climate weather except in the rain at a couple events when I had no choice. Undercarriage is super clean. We have taken excellent care of the car and it has been a rock through 2 full seasons of action. I offer it here first because I would really prefer not to spend 18-24 hours of my time returning the car to stock form, and I would love to see the car go to someone who will finish what I started. It’s a fantastic car, super balanced and easy to drive fast. And in its two year span has won a couple national events and been on the podium a bunch of times as well as nationals trophy with the various drivers who have driven it.
Here are the specs:
Jeff Hurst/Anze Suspension Penske 8300’s
Hyperco 800/750, 7 inch springs
Karcepts Front and Rear Swaybars
K & N Air Intake
Karcepts PLM Header
Burke 63mm High Flow Cat
HKS Exhaust (Don’t remember model but it’s the one Karcepts sells)
Karcepts Tune (s) 93,100 maps
Mishimoto Catch Can
OS Giken 1.5 way rear diff (STR S2000 diff tune)
17 x 9 Enkei PF01’s with brand new (haven’t even mounted them yet) 255/40/17 BFG Rival S 1.5’s
Stoptech Slotted Rotors with hawk HPS pads and oem calipers
Car will also come with ALL stock parts including stock diff in its original OEM pumpkin. Also have rolling hardtop stand.
$36,500 USD which IMHO is a steal considering I can get north of 30k in stock trim and the car has roughly 15k of parts in it. Car is mechanically perfect but does have a few cosmetic blemishes. Rear rocker panels have some chips, scratch on front bumper and hardtop. If I do not sell it here I will clean it up and make those blemishes disappear before it is listed in stock trim.
Moving on to the E36 M3
I picked this car up in November 2014 from a BMW shop in CA. The owner of the shop bought the car from the original owner a few months prior and it was too clean of a car for him and he felt guilty driving it around. So…his loss was my gain. This is one of the cleanest E36 M3’s in the country. It looks like it was literally in a time capsule. The interior is immaculate and the leather vader seats that the car came with from the factory were in such good shape that I pulled them out because I wanted to preserve them in case I ever sold the car. They have been in my climate controlled storage for last 2+ years. This is arguably the most fun autocross car I have ever driven. Everything works, every switch, button etc. AC Blows ice cold. This car has also never seen snow, salt or in-climate weather. You could eat off the undercarriage its so clean. Car is also on the lighter side and weighs close to 3000. The seat change saved A TON of weight.
Dinan Cold Air Intake
Dinan High Flow Throttle Body
Modified track pipe
Eisenmann Full Race Exhaust
UUC Short Shift Kit w/DSSR
Z3M Steering Rack (this car doesn’t suffer from that sloppy ass oem rack)
Anze Suspension JRZ RS Pro’s
500/700 Spring rates
Ground Control Camber Plates
Turner Motorsports Front and Rear Sway Bars
Dinan Strut Tower Brace
UUC Rear Lower Trailing Arms
Stop Tech Slotted Rotors
OEM Calipers Painted Black with Hawk Pads.
Momo 350 MM wheel
Recaro Sports CS Black Vinyl Seats (These are fucking pimp and cost a fortune $3500)
New Headliner this year
Alpine bluetooth head unit and is wired for phone use as well. I bought the one that multiple screen color options so it matches the orange of the other systems in car.
Car will come with the factory motorsport wheels which look to have the original OEM michelins. The 1st owner drove on them for 100 miles and swapped the wheels. I will throw in a set of 17 x 9 Apex ARC 8’s with brand new (not even mounted yet) 255/40 Bridgestone RE-71R’s
This car is near perfect. It has a small scratch on front lip and small scratch on its rear AC Schnitzer deck lid spoiler.
Car will also come with factory seats, factory steering wheel w/airbag and anything else I have. I can throw in a new set of OEM Bilstein Touring shocks still in box for $500 should anyone want them. I planned to use them in my return to stock plan.
Since I have owned the car I have done extensive maintenance including new EVAP system, New Head Gasket as it was leaking slightly due to age, new front lollipop bushings, new rear diff bushings, new driveshaft rubber discs (forgot what they are called) and a bunch of other things that I cannot recall at this time. All fluids have been changed on a regular basis.
I can send more pics of both cars if there is an interested party.Just shoot me a PM or a text at 917-923-5573
