South Jersey Region Results 4/7/02
And a good day was had by all. SJR and the NJ BMW club shared an event today at Camden. Approximately 80 cars got in 6 runs followed by some practice runs. Fifty-one drivers were competing for season points with SJR. The course was another superb one by Jim Blanton. It was targeted to the Bimmers since this was really their event and SJR was just along for the ride. Not too many off courses and not too many cones and, in general, just a fun -- hang out the tail - course. The success of the event was the result of the many SCCA members from NNJR, SJR, Philly, and Susquehana (and I probably missed someone) who jumped in and helped the BMW folks put on a fine show. Thanks to everyone who helped. The list of people would be too long and they all know who they are anyway ;-) It is always a great pleasure to see people share their experience with others.
